SYLVIA'S
Sylvias
328 Lenox Avenue
New York, NY 10027
On Saturday, February 5, 2011, I had lunch from one of my favorite places Sylvia's the "Queen of Soul Food". As always she didn't dissappoint. I went with my mother and son. Mom had the short ribs, greens and mac and cheese. My son had the Fried chicken, and mac and cheese. All of which he loves. I had smothered chicken and waffles with mac and cheese, yams and potato salad-this side I stole from my son. And of course all of this comes with corn bread.
It was lunch time, so it wasn't very crowded. The atmosphere was calm being that it was a weekend and customers had time to linger over their food. I even saw people buying souvenirs like books, hot sauce and aprons-which is always a good thing. When customers want to take a momento from your food establishment, it means that they had a great experience and want to remember it and share it with others.
I had a great time, so here is my ratings: 1-5, 1 is bad and 5 is good.
Customer Service-5
Food-5
Bathroom cleanliness-4
Crowd control-5
Wait in line-5
Knowledge staff-5
Cleanliness of restaurant-5
